I was fortunate to grow up in a household filled with creativity. My father was an actor, and my mother a fashion designer, and they both taught me some of life’s most valuable lessons: success doesn’t happen overnight, and the journey matters just as much as the destination. It’s the moments along the way—the struggles, the growth, the unexpected views that truly define the story.
For a long time, I wasn’t sure what my passion was. I just knew I wanted to create something meaningful, something beautiful that would leave a lasting impression. My mom’s dresses were works of art, with every stitch a reflection of her care and dedication. Watching my dad rehearse his lines with me as a kid, and then seeing those same words come alive on screen, taught me the value of hard work, persistence, and heart.
Looking back, I remember the first time I picked up a camera. I was a curious kid, driven by fascination, with no idea how to take a photo. I started with one single image. But step by step, I practiced, learned, and grew. What began as curiosity became a craft, and over time, I realized photography wasn’t just about capturing images, it was about telling stories. Now, every story I tell through my images reflects where I’ve been, what I’ve learned, and the journey that has shaped me.
My first big opportunity came when I worked in the camera department on Breaking Bad. I was young, unsure of myself, and stepping into a challenging industry. The days were long, the nights were cold, and the drives home often felt endless. But every moment on set working alongside some of the most talented and hardworking people I’ve ever met—was a lesson. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that those tough times weren’t obstacles; they were milestones, building blocks for the bigger picture of my career.
What I’ve come to understand is that success isn’t about racing to the finish line—it’s about embracing the path that gets you there. Every challenge, every small win, every frame you capture is a step forward. And when you learn to appreciate the process, you’ll see that the beauty isn’t just in the destination—it’s in every moment along the way.
